FAO OF ARGYLL AND BUTE COUNCIL MEMBERS
Thank you to all members who voted in our ballot on the Consolidation of the Living Wage and Changes to Local Government Employees Local Terms and Conditions.
The ballot closed yesterday, 24th March 2021, and we can now confirm that the results have been counted and verified, and members have overwhelmingly voted to accept the terms set out by the employer.
We will inform Argyll and Bute Council of the result, who will thereafter advise on the timescales for implementation of the Living Wage element and the new Terms and Conditions.
